Steve Colton, PharmPhD., has a varied background in Pharmacy, Pharmacology and European Naturopathic Medicine, and is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Pharmacy and completed his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Columbia Pacific University in 1986.

He has been extensively trained in natural medicine at the Open International University for Complementary Medicine in Frankfurt, Germany with extensions in California and India where he completed Doctorates in both Natural Medicine and Alternative Medicine in 2004. He is a licensed Clinical Pharmacist in the State of Colorado, a licensed healthcare provider in Washington, D.C. and India, and has been directing the naturopathic programs at the Alternative Naturopathic Center for more than 10 years.


 


Bill Bergman, M.D., has been a wholistic physician for close to 40 years, is a graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and the past medical director of a family practice clinic in New York City where he specialized in homeopathic medicine, clinical nutrition and stress management.

Since moving to Colorado, he has done extensive community health education, consulting for wellness centers and is director of the non-profit Rocky Mountain Resource Network. He is available for personal health and stress relief consultations and can be contacted by linking here.




 
Matt Reddy, N.D. is a graduate of the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland Oregon. He specializes in optimizing health through patient education, nutrition, homeopathic medicine, herbal medicine and stress management. In addition to working with all types of patients at the Alternative Naturopathic Center, Dr. Matt teaches Biology and Western Pathology courses at the Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, CO.

Dr. Matt believes that life is an amazing journey and health is about restoring balance on all levels. He is passionate about Naturopathic medicine and works to always address the cause of illness in order to ultimately restore health and wellness. He loves his life and the privilege of working with people every day. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, hiking, meditating, laughing, and voraciously reading.




Lana Heller, N.D., Certified Nutritional Therapist, has studied and practiced clinical nutrition, and functional and energetic medicine since 2001. She also teaches Western Nutrition and Nutritional Disease Management at the North American Institute of Medical Herbalism in Boulder, CO and Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver.
 

Lana is a firm believer in biochemical individuality and custom-designed interventions based on the person’s ancestry, lifestyle, dietary and exercise habits, stress levels, and prevalent deficiencies. The main focus of her practice is on identifying the true cause of the imbalance, not suppressing or treating the symptoms.




Noopur Lal, MBBS, has been a medical doctor for over 15 years. She has acquired basic and residency training from India in the field of Intensive Care, Emergency Medicine and Radiology.   Dr. Lal’s approach is holistic and encompasses sustainable healing where health is a “state of wellness” and not just being “disease-free”. The innate capability of the body and its wisdom is promoted with tools such as customized nutrition, emotional well-being and age-old healthy practices.

Originally from
India, Dr. Lal inherited the knowledge of Ayurveda, yoga, and recipes from grandma’s kitchen. Her training with Dr. Steve Colton at the Alternative Naturopathic Center has refined her understanding and principle of cellular healing from a naturopathic standpoint, hence she offers a very unique cocktail where “Eastern medicine meets Western medicine! Carolyn Coker Ross, M.D., MPH, is a nationally known author, speaker and expert in the field of Eating Disorders, Addictions and Integrative Medicine.  She is the former head of the eating disorders program at Sierra Tucson. 

She currently has a private practice specializing in treating eating disorders, addictions, and obesity.  She is also a consultant for the dual diagnosis eating disorder program at the treatment center, The Ranch outside of

Nadya Braginskaya, CMT, is a graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts, and Inner Connection Institute. She is passionate about healing and bringing stress relief to people. In addition to her certification in massage therapy, she had also focused her education on lymphatic drainage, cranial sacral therapy, sports massage, energy work and healing touch.

She feels there is a need to show people the tools they possess to heal from the inside 
out and to help others find their natural beauty through the healing arts of massage. 



Allison Slade, MNT, is a graduate of Nutrition Therapy Institute in
Denver, Colorado. She has practiced nutrition and wellness coaching since 2002 and massage therapy, esthetics and other healing modalities since the mid 1990’s. She has extensive teaching experience in nutrition, healthy cooking practices, weight loss and family health. She also assisted in the development and training of an internationally recognized family nutrition program.

Allison’s professional interests include family health and aging gracefully. She believes it is never too late or too early to work on improving your health and that naturopathy’s non-invasive, natural approach is the best way to achieve it.



Ron Lodigkeit, RPh, BCNP is a Board Certified Naturopathic Physician with a degree granted by the Open International University, Indian Board of Alternative Medicine. He is receiving advanced training in naturopathic medicine from Dr. Steve Colton. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree in 1982 from the University of New Mexico Pharmacy School. He is a licensed healthcare provider, NPI# 1336442730, and a licensed Pharmacist in Colorado, New Mexico, and New York.

He has incorporated Natural Medicine into his pharmacy practice by recommending various remedies for patients who wanted alternatives to traditional prescription and over-the-counter therapy. Having been a patient as well as a student of Naturopathy, he empathizes with patients as they travel the road to better health. Natural Medicine is not a quick fix; it is an ongoing process to teach your body to respond naturally to correct the imbalances in various body systems.
